Sid Mookerji - Global CEO and Founder

Mr Mookerji has several years of corporate leadership experience in IT and Business Process Outsourcing particularly for global Retailers. He has received the Indian government's Excellence in IT Exports award twice. In 2008, he helped secure SPI's placement in the Atlanta Business Magazine's list of Top Ten Fastest-Growing Companies. He has been honored for SPI's rapid growth by USPAACC as well as by Inc Magazine several times.

Mr Mookerji holds a BE (Hons) Electrical and Electronics from BITS, Pilani, India and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.

Jeff Meaux - Senior Vice President of Sales & Client Engagement - SPI LLC

As SVP of Sales and Client Engagement, Jeff Meaux is responsible for building collaborative partnerships with SPI's clients and prospects. In this role, he directs the on-and-offline Sales & Marketing campaigns that fuel the organization's growth, while ensuring that solution development is tailored to individual organizations and wholly addresses clients' needs.

In 2007, Mr. Meaux joined SPI as SVP of Sales and, for two years, sealed long-term partnerships, expanded SPI's reach and generated client demand. After focusing efforts externally, Mr. Meaux transitioned to oversee client activities to ensure all developments and deliveries exceeded expectations.

Prior to SPI, Mr. Meaux was instrumental at increasing sales for international audit firm, PRG-Schultz. As VP of Client Management and Sales Strategy, he drove innovative promotion programs to up-sell the company's services. As SVP of Sales & Marketing for North America, he led an organization that retained 97% of the audit firm's U.S. clients, while he solidified over 120 new business relationships.

Before contributing to PRG's market expansion, Mr. Meaux held prominent roles at The Coca-Cola Company. As Channel Business Manager and College Market Development Manager, he drove communication, profitability and consumer strategies, while executing a plan resulting in an incremental $45 million in revenue.

Mr. Meaux began his career in various sales roles at Procter & Gamble and the Westvaco Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Miami University of Ohio. He earned his MBA, along with the John Robson Most Outstanding Student Award, from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Atlanta.

Tom Delbrook - Global Chief Financial Officer and Head of Legal Services

Tom Delbrook is SPI's Chief Financial Officer and leads SPI's Finance and Legal teams worldwide.

Tom is a highly respected figure in the financial circles particularly in the areas of Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. Till recently, Tom was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Transportation, Logistics and Shipping group at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, based in New York, NY. Prior to Credit Suisse, Tom worked for United Parcel Services, Inc. for over 20 years, the last seven years as the Vice President of Finance based in Atlanta, GA. Tom completed over 60 acquisitions and executed over $20 billion in the capital markets through his career at UPS as well as leading the company's Initial Public Offering.

Tom has also been an Executive in Residence and Visiting Professor of Economics and Finance at Kennesaw State University. He has served as an independent consultant to several private equity and hedge funds in the transportation and logistics industry. Tom has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Juris Doctorate from IIT - Chicago Kent College of Law.

Krish Subbiah - Chief Operating Officer - SPI Resources Inc

Krish Subbiah is SPI Resources Inc's Chief Operating Officer and handles the operations of teams worldwide.

Mr. Subbiah has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years and has worked closely with the business to leverage technology for delivering business results.

From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Subbiah was at Primus Software Corporation, where he served as Director- Staffing Services. While at Primus, he was responsible for all aspects of customer and information technology systems/services and was instrumental in setting up an offshore practice for staffing services.

Mr. Subbiah has worked at various Multi-national corporations from 1991 to 2001, holding positions of increasing responsibility in financial services and IT services.

Mr. Subbiah is Six Sigma Certified and is a member of the Project Management Institute
